Chia-Chi Hsu is a distinguished pianist whose career spans solo, chamber, and operatic collaborations with internationally renowned musicians, including Peter-Lukas Graf, Trevor Wye, Robert Aitken, Shigenori Kudo, Amy Porter, Sharon Bezaly, Judith Mendenhall, Karl Kraber, Mayuko Kamio, Philippe Bernold, Loïc Schneider, Vincent Lukas, Sarah Louvion, Juliette Hurel, Gaby Pas-Van Riet, Karl Leister, Andrea Oliva, Paul Edmund-Davies, Michael Martin Kofler, Matvey Demin, Denis Bouriakov, Kersten McCall, Alena Walentin, Mathieu Dufour, Julien Beaudiment and soprano Sumi Jo.

Chia-Chi Hsu frequents the concert stage since 2000. Through her nuanced interpretation and masterful command of music, Hsu collaborates closely with artists and production teams as a vocal coach. Her contributions encompass productions such as Il barbiere di Siviglia, Tannhäuser, Die Zauberflöte, Falstaff, Das Land des Lächelns, Rigoletto at the National Taichung Theater; Carmen, La Bohème, Madama Butterfly,Tosca, L’elisir d’amore, Rigoletto at the Kaohsiung Spring Festival; Der fliegende Holländer, Die Walküre with National Symphony Orchestra; and The Turn of the Screw at BenFang Festival. 

Hsu received Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in piano performance from Peabody Institute of the Johns Hopkins University. Currently, she is an adjunct Associate Professor at National Taiwan Normal University and Shih-Chien University. The chamber music album Labyrinth-Promenade won the Best Instrumental Performance Prize in The Golden Melody Awards.
